Is it child abuse to put little boys in dresses and make them do odd jobs?
I have a neighbor who is making his kids 2 little boys go door to door in dresses asking for odd job to pay for some windows they broke. When I talked to my neighbor He said he is not beating or abusing them just trying to get them to account for there actions by humiliation and hard work. I need my car washed but cant get involved in nothing illegal do to my probation so if I have them wash my car would it be considered accessory to child abuse.
Yeah, that’s probably abuse. He doesn’t have to be smacking them for it to constitute abuse.

Yes it could be considered abusive. However it could also be seen as a warranted punishment. The biggest determining factor would be if there was actual harm being imposed upon the boys. For some this could scar them emotionally for life and yes that would be abusive.
Petticoat punishments used to be very popular.
But to answer your specific question of whether you should be involved or not, the rule of thumb is this: If you have to ask, or you are uncomfortable doing something… then DON’T do it.
