I recently had a Techie re-install my previous XP Professional/SP3 after 3 years of enduring the agony and the unbelievable faults and useless gadgets, cascading "aero" pages, the absurd defragmention circle with arrows chasing its tail, the hard-to-use Outlook Express eMail, and last, but not least, the confusing disc cleaning function, and on and on. I rest my case. Message to Microsoft: Ditch Vista and bring back my old and dear friend XP Pro!!
Pro : XP Pro Good
Con : Vista No Good
XP has been in use since 2001 and has been improved and patched many times over. It's really a pretty secure, solid O.S. Why bother with Vista and its silly bells and whistles? Vista is just a time waster for people who want to keep being productive. I say, stay with XP Pro.
