How do i get out of a window tint ticket in new york state?
I received a window tint ticket, my car really isn’t even that tinted. It is like one of the lowest you can go. The ticket is a fix it ticket. I was hoping I will be able to just go to court and pay the ticket and not get the tint removed. I just don’t know if I will be allowed to do that or if they definitely will make me take it off.
The last thing you want to do is to lie to the court. That will get you into more trouble than the tinting will. Just go ahead and do what you have to do to get your car back in compliance and let it go. If it is a fix-it ticket you already have been given a break. If you fail to comply and lie about it (or have someone else provide a false document or statement) you just may be provided room and board at public expense. (If the cops run across this posting and you DO lie, this could be used in court against you!.)

Can you use a shower curtain as window curtains?
I’m a pretty thrifty person, and I’m not seeing much of a difference between shower curtains and regular curtains…except for the price. Is there anything "wrong" with just cutting a shower curtain in half and using that as a window curtain? Would anyone even notice the difference? I’m not talking about a shiny ugly curtain of course. Thanks!
When I decorated my bedroom with attached bathroom, I found a shower curtain I really loved. I bought 2, used one on the shower, and cut the other up for WINDOW TREATMENTS on the bathroom and bedroom WINDOWS. Everyone who saw them asked where I got the matching "curtains" because they looked so great and made the two rooms look like a suite in a high-priced hotel. I almost made some toss pillows with the remnants, but I thought that would be too matchy-matchy.
